Comply with the new legal obligation from November 2025: identify and document household risks as a workplace, without leaving home.
Since November 2025, it is mandatory to assess the workplace risks of the home where your domestic employee works, a regulation that many families are still unaware of. The workplace risk assessment analyzes the home as a workplace and identifies the dangers to which the domestic employee may be exposed: ergonomic risks (postures when cleaning or lifting weight), chemical risks from cleaning products, electrical risks, and safety risks such as stairs or slippery floors. The responsibility always falls on the employer. The result is a report signed by a competent technician, which you must keep in case the Labor Inspectorate requires it.
We send you a guided questionnaire, adapted to the characteristics of your home and the tasks of your domestic employee. With your answers, a competent technician prepares the workplace risk assessment report, signed and ready to keep or present to the Labor Inspectorate, without the need to coordinate an in-person visit.
Yes. Since November 2025, all households employing a domestic employee must have a workplace risk assessment for the home, just like any other employer.
You expose yourself to financial penalties in case of a labor inspection and greater liabilities if your domestic employee suffers a work accident.
No. Our process works with a guided questionnaire that you complete online about your home and your domestic employee’s tasks; the technician prepares and signs the report without an in-person visit.
It is recommended to review it whenever the household conditions or your domestic employee’s tasks change, and as a general reference, every one or two years. We will notify you when the time comes.
